I learned quickly that many recipes that supported my new dietary needs were bland and provided zero comfort or satisfaction. Learning recipes like this changed my mind – and my body.

Eating healthy does not need to be boring!!

My most significant source of recipes

Medical Medium, “MM,” is the food and supplement protocol I follow (talk to your doctor if you are suffering from symptoms) and is a massive source of recipes for me. This cashew cheese is in several MM recipes, and I have tweaked it for my taste. The MM recipes have inspired me to find more amazing plant-based chefs and recipe sources – and I now craft recipes! – that I will share in my blog.
