Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 can Organic Chickpeas

  • 1/2 – 1 Lemon

  • 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1-2 tsp Dill, dried

  • 1 pinch Sea Salt, optional

Directions

  • Open can of chickpeas, drain and reserve the liquid (aquafaba).
  • Place drained chickpeas into your blender, along with garlic, blend until smooth.
  • Place into bowl and mix in Dill, and juice from lemon to taste.
  • For a wetter hummus, increase lemon juice and add aquafaba until it reaches your desired consistency.

Notes

  • Feel free to replace the dill with whatever herbs you like.
